Anti-Vibration Mounting

Anti-vibration for machine facility uses hard material rather than material with high elasticity if the amplitude is insignificant. Even though soft material for anti-vibration has been used, machine’s stability can be affected and malfunction of machine can be triggered depending on the condition. Therefore, it is important to apply most suitable anti-vibration mounting after figuring out what level of anti-vibration is required and what mm of spring tension is most ideal considering the character of machine to which anti-vibration mounting will be installed. For example, Machine Tools need hard type anti-vibration mounting while compressors, generators, pumps and etc. require soft type anti-vibration mounting.

TYPE OF Anti-Vibration Mounting
use :
  • Anti-Vibration for all kinds of diesel engine, generator in building and pump facility.
  • Absorbing external vibration (Measuring system, control device, etc.).
  • Anti-Vibration for machine or equipment of which vibration is significant.
  • Damper/Buffer.
  • Measuring device, scale, measuring system, control device and machines which spin or rotate (compressor, freezing system, ventilator, pump, mixer, shock absorber and etc.).
Product features :
  • Equips spring damper which bents when loads put on.
  • Anti-Vibration effect of 98% can be achieved at low and unique vibration rate (2 ~ 10Hz).
  • Protects machine by absorbing external vibration and shock.
  • Resists well against overload.
