Skew preventive push Roller

• It prevents the skew of belt and reduces drops of ore.
• Push Roller is specially designed to cope with the force pressed when belt’s skew is adjusted so can be used for long period – 2 years. (existing ordinary roller is used for 6 months)
• As it is installed on the upper part of return belt, adjusting skew after visual check while machine is running is possible.
• Can be installed without being limited by the width of belt.
• Prevents skew by interaction with return roller.
• Angle of Push Roller should be adjusted according to the degree of skew.
• Disassembled installation and repair is easy
