automatic Aligning Device for conveyor belt prevents conveyor belt from excessively meandering to the left and right and rolling because of its long length.

EFFECT OF Automatic Aligning Device

• There is no lock as foreign substances cannot infiltrate into the central axis.
• There is no shaking of turning base as connection axis is specially designed.
• Return roller bracket and guide roller bracket are in one body type.
• Ores cannot be sandwiched between belt and base as restoration apparatus which moves return roller up and down is applied.
• Installation without using equipment is possible as it is installed on the upper part of belt.
• Can inhibit rolling of belt with use of pressure roller which presses the upper side of the lower part of belt.
• Carries materials stably in addition to preventing early abrasion of return roller.
• Incidental effect is that meandering of belt can be inhibited by the friction force between belt and pressure roll.
