SUMMARY OF Reclaimer Dewatering Device

The Reclaimer is equipped with dewatering device which forces rainwater in the belt to drain in case water is collected in the belt of yard conveyor which passes through the reclaimer. Dewatering device changes shape of belt by keeping belt position comparatively lower than horizontal position using pressure roller and support roller which have opposite shape each other so can force rain water to drain.

• In case rainwater is collected on the belt of yard conveyor which passes through reclaimer, Dewatering Device changes the shape of belt by keeping position of belt comparatively lower than horizontal position using pressure roller and support roller which have opposite shape each other to drain rainwater without fail.
• Handling the device is simple and easy as pressure roller can be remotely controlled in the room of reclaimer.
• Operation is convenient as checking the status of pressure roller belt and support roller belt from indoor using camera is possible without going to the site.
